Are you taking custom orders?
Currently, all items available on my site are finished items ready to ship.
If there is an item that is sold out that you would like to purchase, or if you would like to inquire about a custom or bulk order, please contact me at shopstitchandstone@yahoo.com and I will reply within 1 business day.

I aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. However, if high order volume occurs, processing time can take up to 3-5 business days. Thank you for being patient! I process all orders on my own and can only work as fast as my little hands can go!
Domestic Shipping costs are a flat rate: $5.00
I offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100 or more!
All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 3-5 business days after leaving my studio.
All orders include a tracking number.
What is your return and refund policy?
Please email me at shopstitchandstone@yahoo.com if you have any problems with your order. Please include your order number in the email.
If your package is considered lost, I will fully refund or replace it. Timeline for fulfillment will vary.
**Any shipping costs associated with your possible returns (meaning if your return is approved) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that any returns lost or damaged in transit are not covered by Stitch and Stone.

Can I sell finished items made from your patterns?
Yes! You can sell small quantities of finished items made from my patterns as long as you credit Stitch and Stone with the design. You may not use my pattern or photos for commercial purposes or to make items for commercial sale.
